Privacy Notice

This notice explains how EKS İş Güvenliği processes personal data collected through eksisguvenligi.com, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: first and last name, phone number, email address.
• Request details: company name, country and the message you send through our quote, contact or dealer forms.
• Job applications: your CV, education and work experience, if you apply through the careers form.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, access logs.
• Cookie data: analytics and marketing identifiers, only if you consent. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer quote and product requests, prepare offers and carry out sales: steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To evaluate job and dealer applications: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c and f, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep the website secure and to meet legal record-keeping duties: legal obligation and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-ç and f, GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
• To measure site usage and the results of our ads: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (KVKK art. 5/1, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

Data is collected electronically through website forms, email and cookies.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with the service providers that run our website and communications: hosting, Cloudflare (security and delivery), HubSpot (form and customer records, stored in its EU data centre), Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace email), and with authorised public bodies when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made under the conditions set out in KVKK article 9 and, for EEA visitors, with appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Request and customer data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the statutory limitation periods. Job applications are kept for up to 2 years. Cookie data is kept for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may ask us whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with in Türkiye or abroad, ask for correction, deletion or destruction and for these to be notified to recipients, object to a result arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing (KVKK art. 11). Visitors in the EEA also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to their local supervisory authority.
